Robins fly into Nottingham

Local legend and master of disguise Robin Hood is hiding in plain sight – see him in Nottingham in the guise of 33 giant Robin sculptures!

Enjoy a summer game of hide and seek to find this flock of quirky and colourful Robins. Each sculpture is sponsored by a business and has been painted individually by an artist.

Hoodwinked: A Twist on the Tale 7 July – 30 September

Look out for Max (Superhero on the Weekends) by Midlands-based Kid30(smallkid), which showcases the unique and bold style of the street artist. Rocket Robin by Deven Bhurke takes inspiration from a space shuttle and Lacework by Danni Thompson pays homage to the notable lacemaking heritage of Nottingham.

Get a head start on the art trail by picking up a map from various outlets in the city including the Tourist Information Centre, Boots stores, intu shopping centres, libraries and leisure centres.

You can also take a pew on more than 50 beautiful BookBenches created by local primary schools through the Robin’s Tales education programme, supported by Boots. Find the benches in intu Victoria Centre, intu Broadmarsh and Central Library as well as in 18 neighbourhood libraries and leisure centres.
